Battery Information
-New battery's full permormance is achieved only after two or three complete charge and discharge cycles.
-Over charging the battery will shorten its life-time.

-Electrostatic discharge precautions is taken on all mobile phone repairs
-We use gloves while working on mobile phones to avoid corrosion and finger prints
-All mobile phone windows and displays are protected with a film to avoid dust and scratches while in service
-We use Micro-Fibre cloth to clean the LCD before the phone is sent back to the customer
-Shielding lids are replaced with new ones, to avoid high-frequency leakage that can have an influence on the device.
-We always replace with original parts.
-All soldered connectors or switches are checked on level 2 repairs, and if any, redundant soldering flux are removed after repair.
-We solve most Software related problems updating your mobile phone software.

Option 1. You can either drop your mobile phone at our 123Webhost Repair center which is in Sandrigham House, Flat 3, 80 Penylan Road, Cardiff, CF24 5SD, UK or choose the repair via post below.
Should you wish, you could always call ahead to verify that we can help you with your mobile phone.
Option 2. Mobile Phone Repair via post. Alternatively, send your mobile phone to our Cardiff repair center, please complete the Mobile Phone Repair form below and send your phone to us using a robust, padded envelope. Once we receive your mobile phone for repair we will check the fault on the mobile phone and contact you with an estimate on how much it will cost to get your mobile phone repaired.

All mobile phones sent for repair are subject to a £5.95 charge to cover the return postage and packaging. All mobile phones deemed to be beyond economic repair will be subject to a £5.00 charge plus £5.95 return postage if required.

Please note, you should make back-up copies of all important content and data stored on your mobile phone before sending it to us for repair, If you are not in a positon to do a backup just send it and make a note of it for us to arrange for backup should it be required.
